CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
The government of Andorra came to us days before starting the actions to protect the population, with a request for help. The idea was to develop an application where the symptoms of the population could be collected and transferred to the health control centre. For this project, qualified engineers with experience in the development of high-load applications had to be quickly available, as it was expected that the application would be able to support the whole country. The responsibilities that would be taken into account when developing the application were in the following areas:
- Symptom capture and automatic generation of health advice
- Chat bot that was able to answer the most frequently asked questions and direct citizens to the services they were looking for

A public area was developed where citizens could have information about their status, this being a rather sensitive point, since it was necessary to inform citizens that their data would not be stored or used for any purpose.
